No exchanges or refunds on items that were purchased while on sale

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your full price BEYOND BY VERA online purchase, you have 14 days to send it back to us for a refund.

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired product(s) while still in stock and returning your original order for a refund if eligible. 

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR USA ORDERS:

You can initiate a continental USA return by clicking here

This entails the following steps:

  1. Enter your order number and email address used for the order.
  2. Select the item(s) that are eligible for a return, and provide additional information as required to complete the return request.
  3. Once the request is approved, you will receive further instructions via email including the return address.

When returning goods, please note that all merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We further only accept returns if the process was started within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Once your returned items have been received and passed a quality check, your refund will be processed within 7 days. Returns will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account used for purchase. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Please note that BEYOND BY VERA does not provide return shipping labels. You are free to use any shipping carrier of your choice, but kindly make sure to use one that provides a tracking number and share this tracking number with us via our Returns Center once the items are on the way. Shipping costs for returns will not be covered by BEYOND BY VERA.

 

RETURN PROCESS FOR INTERNATIONAL (NON-USA) ORDERS:

Email us on cs@beyondbyvera.com with your order number and we will provide the instructions depending on the country.

Kindly note that BEYOND BY VERA does not provide return shipping labels and shipping costs (incl. duties and taxes) for returns are to be carried by the buyer in full.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless item is damaged or BEYOND BY VERA has made a shipping error. Items are classified as "faulty" if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.

Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
